Shahin Tabatabaei has served as a director since May 15, 2007. Mr. Tabatabaei started his career in international sales in 2000 at TMS Technologies Ltd., where he was promoted to the position of Vice President of international sales and marketing. In 2004, Mr. Tabatabaei founded Canadian Industrial Solution Ltd., which provides industrial solutions to companies throughout the world that are involved in the oil, gas, water and natural resources sectors. Shahin is fluent in English, and Spanish.

Gustavo Puente

Mr. Puente is an accomplished IT Geomatics specialist with over 22 years of experience in mining operations and project development. Mr. Puente also was an IT consultant to the Peruvian Navy, Project Manager for ADI Halifax working in Peru for the mining sector in 1997, and Customer support consultant with the Canadian software Company CARIS working in the Land and Marine sector where he was travelling around the world providing many instructions and consultant services based in his wide experience. Paul Luna

Mr. Luna is a mining engineer with nearly 20 years of experience in mining industry in Peru. As a child of a great Peruvian Geologist, Mr. Luna spent many years prospecting and acquiring world class mining properties in Peru. Throughout his career, Mr. Luna has been managing a number of well respected mining companies in Peru. As a company Chairman and Director, Mr. Luna brings a wealth of management and leadership experience to Nilam Resources Inc and will lead Nilam Resources to acquire exploratory geological operations and mineral assessment. Paul is fluent in English, and Spanish.
